  So this is where I start so I have already paid for my food and I was waiting so i was watching the kitchen a staff member droped cooking utensils on the floor. accidents happen we all know that but its what happened nextis what shocked me a member of staff walked round and saw that things have droped on the floor so she picked them up and put them back on the shelf. so I said I want a full refund that is disgusting then they tried to say that they are old utensils that are not being used no more which would not add up as they where still in the kitchen and if you had someone new that did not know that where old they would use then. so as I am trying to explain this to the manager another member of staff was trying to argue with me. He had no right as I was talking to the manager. This embarrassed me as the kid was looking at me with the most disgusted look and shouting back at me which made me argue back. So the way i was treated and the cleaning standards of mcdonalds was disgusting and I will not be visiting there again and I will warn everybody else not come. Thankyou for reading this
